Good news, the court has accepted us as parents official Angelika Allard, born November 18, 2004. Given the wonderful conditions in which we live and last for 4 weeks in Pavlodar, we decided not to wait for the next month here. We will be back in Quebec on Sept. 11, then return Stephane Angelika search in early October. We will miss Angelika, but anyway, its environmental conditions are better in the orphanage where everything is cleaned several times a day and outdoor sandboxes covered when not in use, compared to those in front of our apartment are full of animal poop and broken glass.
