Machining a cavity - a hole

After modeling the shape to be machined into a CAD tool, I can with the software I developed, the accurate positioning on the milling machine, machining and trigger in coordination with the visualization screen.

In the video, you see the bit to go back and forth along Y. At the end of each race Y, strawberry moves X 0.3 mm for the next pass. During the course, then climbs back down the cutter to machine the profile of the sphere.

I made the first cutting tests on a scrap of wood with a forest of 0.8 mm. Reason
achieved: 10 holes of 5mm deep, spread over a circle 20mm diameter.
